Deliveries
If a product is listed on our site then you can be assured that we have it in stock and available for immediate despatch. We despatch purchased items on the same day whenever possible and you can expect to receive your goods within 2-3 days, via Royal Mail First Class post. Postage is free on all items to the UK mainland, if you would like any items delivered overseas then please contact us before placing your order so that we can calculate and inform you of the postage costs.
Returns
Goods purchased have a 14 day money back guarantee. We will happily refund any purchases, providing they are unused and not damaged. The customer is responsible for the return postage. Once we receive a returned item we will refund it's value, minus the postage costs incurred.

TiaraTastic does not store any payment information, such as credit card details, as they are all handled safely and securely by the PayPal or Google Checkout payment systems. We value your privacy and will never pass your email address or other details to any third parties.
